Thousands of studies have shown that learning a musical instrument is great for the developing brain! Joining a band will:

• Work towards goals (concerts etc)

Its great fun and we play loads of different types of music!

Wotton Silver Band will teach you and your child to play a musical instrument at a fraction of the usual cost!

We rehearse at the Renishaw Innovation Centre on Tuesday evenings between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.

There is no charge for the instrument, joining the band, music or for lessons. It’s all provided. We just ask for lots of enthusiasm, a willingness to learn something new and very importantly meet new friends!

If you decide to join, we ask for £3.00 per week for us to cover some of our costs. We like to receive these in advance for each term.

Please consider our invitation to come along and have fun and try out an instrument. There is no obligation if you feel it’s not for you/your child.
